Lovcen is a mountain and National Park in southwestern Montenegro expanding as far as the coast of the Adriatic Sea. It was proclaimed a national park in 1952. Besides Lovćen's natural features, the significant historical, cultural and architectural heritage of the area are protected by the national park. Consisting of two high points, Stirovnik (1.729m) and Jezerski point (1.657m), where Njegosev’s tomb is found. 

Lipa Cave is the first cave adventure in Montenegro offering a charming diversity of karstic features to provide the visitors with a unique experience of the underground world. The cave’s authenticity lies in its genuine wilderness that leaves a lasting impression and makes the visit a memorable adventure. Lipa Cave is one of the largest cave monuments in Montenegro. The cave, with its beautiful and wild system of 2.5 km of passages and halls is a place you must visit on your Montenegro tour. 

Petar II Petrovic Njegos was a Montenegrin ruler, bishop and to this day is one of the most known writers and philosophers. The monumental complex includes access to a tunnel, which is made up of 461 stairs, the plateau and the mausoleum lobby. Furthermore, there is a path to an unforgettable view of Montenegro and several countries in the surrounding areas. Must visit - the highest mausoleum in the world - 1657 m above the sea, built 1970 to 1974, located on the second highest peak of Lovcen National Park.

Program:

Our excursion starts in Tivat (starting point can be changed). Driving through fascinating serpentine road above Kotor will give you unforgettable views of Bokabay(will have several stops for taking photos).
After passing 25 hairpin turns we will come to NP Lovcen and Njegos’smaousoleum. 
Free time of 1 hour and 30 minutes will be enough to climb to the top by passing 461 stairs where two granite statues guard the tomb of Petar II PetrovicNjegos. After that, we continue our journey passing Old Royal Capital Cetinje and coming to Lipa cave. Lipa cave tour lasts for 1 hour(The price includes basic accident insurance, a ride with the tourist train, and cave guide). Lunch in traditional Montenegrin restaurant. Return to starting point with a short stop above Budva, the most visited city in Montenegro
